Im not a noob and have been around the custom roms alot, I respect the cooks and they did great things to our tp1, but dont tell me you will flash aa custom rom and have everything in working order like the official one......
Once again, I concur lol.. I tried a lot of ROM's. Mighty's was the closest I could find that was stable and looked as close to stock as possible. But even with his (like all the others I tried), anomalies would show up, the overall phone performance would slow down after a few weeks of use and next thing you know I'm doing another hard reset. I think a lot of that had to do with the pre-release builds of Windows Mobile they were all using, and AFAIK they all warn you about this before you make the decision to flash.

Having said that, if the TP2 stock ROM didn't prove itself to be so speedy out of the box, I would probably be flashing myself. However, with a few minor tweaks and regedits, all the problems I have on the stock ROM make it perfect.

I do find the prospect of 6.5.1 interesting and the new TF3D looks like it's off the hook, so that would definitely sway my decision to flash a cooked ROM.
