digital attic --what am I doing wrong?

I place your builds into the appropriate places, and then load the library and select the same XIP and SYS build in the drop downs, then leaving just the way you put it together I click create. After a minute or 2 the rom is built and I follow the normal RUU walkthrough to flash my rom. On completion the phone reboots and loads the TouchPro screen followed by displaying the system info with red text. At this point the phone freezes and will not load the rom. I have since built 2 other roms using the visual kitchen and they worked out fine....but then again I don't mess with XIP or SYS at all, just turn things on and off....im so confused, I really though I was passed a lot of this newb stuff. Oh well.
