Dear ******

Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the credit against the phone
price.

The regular price of HTC PRO 2 is $599.99. Your account was eligible
for online price. Therefore you receive an instant credit of $150.00 at
the time of purchase. You can download the mail in rebate form by
clicking the link given below:

http://www.nextel.com/assets/pdfs/en...mir_103109.pdf
The Mail-in-Rebate will take 8-14 weeks to be processed after the form
is received. You will receive it in the form of a check at your mailing
address

You have paid $449.99 for the phone. Now, you need to fill the mail in
rebate form to get the $100.00 mail in rebate. So, the phone will cost
to you $349.99.

I didnot find any notes regarding the credit on your account. However,
looking at your longterm association and to match the price of the phone
with Verizon, I have applied a credit of $150.00 to make the price of
the phone $199.99. This credit will be adjusted against the monthly
service charges. This will reflect on your next invoice.

We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your
concerns. Please reply to this email or visit Sprint.com/mysprint if we
can be of further assistance.

Sincerely,
Rosie M.
Sprint

(i told her that i was offered the price match over the phone but the phone got disconnected, which is true, and wondered if they could apply the discount since the other rep didn't. this was my third try, one phone call, an e-chat rep that wouldn't budge, and ecare which worked for me)
