WOW that was easy using Ecare....I called and had no luck. I am on SERO old school with lots of perks so I have nothing to complain about at the regular price as sprint looses money with my account.

I didn't save the short text I wrote to them, but I all I said was that I purchased 2 TP2 phones at the $350 and read others are getting the $199 AR w/ 2-year agreement. Gave them the acct#, security code and phone numbers. less than an hour for the email stating the credit is being applied. I like the email stating this as sometimes sprint is slow to credit the account. As long as I can stay on the plan we have I will never leave sprint - and even after that I will stay with them to help them recover with cost of keeping me on the phone.
