Your path needs to point to the exe for the program you want to run not the lnk (shortcut). Your argument should be blank unless one is needed. The easiest way to determine if you need a argument is to use total commander, browse to where the shortcut you use to run the program is (probably \Windows\Start Menu\Programs) and see what the properties of the shortcut are. If it uses an argument it will be after the exe in the path. The Contacts shortcut is the perfect example, the path on the shortcut will be "\Windows\poutlook.exe contacts" so "\Windows\poutlook.exe" is you path and "contacts" is your argument. If the path for the shortcut stops after the exe then the argument key should be left blank.
I would say your pocket player would start working just by blanking the HomeRSKArguments. For your Opera Mini you need to look at the shortcut and see where it points to find out what exe to put in HomeLSKPath and if you need anything in HomeLSKArguments.
