What exactly is the "appropriate department"? And what are you guys saying to them to get them to credit your account?

Id really rather return the phone and rebuy it since its technically not my acct. but I never mention thatto them because I realize beggers cant be choosers.

It means they will do absolutely nothing for you and you will be back to square one in 72 hours......Look for the number to retentions, somewhere on page 6 or 7 of this thread and speak with them. There job is to keep you as a customer. When they ask if I am considering leaving Sprint, I usually tell them, I would rather not and hopefully you can help me out....I never use the straight out threat......
