As on October 01 2009 we do have applied the discount credit to match
the price with Verizon for HTC TOUCH PRO 2. However now it is applicable
for the corporate account only and for the individual liable account it
is under consideration.
We have already forwarded the concern (whether to price match for the
individual account) to appropriate department and we are excepting a
confirmation within 72 hours.

What exactly is the "appropriate department"? And what are you guys saying to them to get them to credit your account?
Id really rather return the phone and rebuy it since its technically not my acct. but I never mentioned that to them because I realize beggars cant be choosers.
