Thanks for the research you folks have done on the syncing question! If I may, I have one other Outlook/Sync related question that I'd like to ask and this seems like it might be a better place to ask than to start a new thread ...

Contact pictures. Does Outlook reduce them to a specific size? I had created 240x320 images back when I was running a Samsung SCH-i760 and those images look ... errr ... less than crisp & clear on my new TP2 with it's 400x800 display. I tried creating a larger contact image and loading it into Outlook and re-syncing and I don't beleive I see any difference on the TP2. Should I?
