I think the "won't unlock syndrome" was caused by g-alarm 1.5.

I removed g-alarm 1.5 from xda_uc install folder, and hard reset.. no "won't unlock syndrome".

Bummer.. I liked the old version better, but I installed new g-alarm, and no "won't unlock syndrome"...
