We need to clarify some things with the forum layout etc. At XDA they have an unlocker for the ELF. That is the GSM "Touch" you probably have the CDMA version known as the VOGUE. I don't have one of these devices at the moment, but i think i have the patched SPL just about ready after i can get some hands on testing.
