I sent the following email this morning:
The Hero is 10 days away and still no word on SERO compatibility?
Verizon is releasing the TD2(Imagio) on 10/6 and no word from Sprint on
when it will be available! Are you trying to drive people away? Some
info please> On the Hero you asked people to fill out a form to get
info, that was 9/3 still not a word!!!

received any updates about the HTC Hero. At this time, it still has not
been determined if our customers on the SERO rate plans will have to
change them for the HTC Hero device. We value your loyalty with Sprint
