I've tried two phone calls last week and talked to numerous departments but to no avail. I chatted with E-Care, which didn't work either. I tried once more to call just to see if they even knew about the corporate rate for this phone today. I never dared threaten retentions about leaving for Verizon just because they know I can't find a comparable plan even close to mine, lol. I don't mind getting shot down each time considering I'm on a SERO plan. Sprint would have a hard time recouping the subsidy from a customer like me. Overall, the TP2 was worth the price IMO just because of its screen and improved performance.

Now if I were a ten year premier customer who was paying $70 or more per month, that would be another story....
