Same here guys -- I called at least 4-5 times and did online chat 3 times today alone, about 5 in total. Only one phone conversation went well but the department to credit me was not open. One chat went well saying that they do price match, but they wanted me to call in, couldn't do it over chat.
One email to ecare and I was set. Took a couple of hours for them to credit my account.
Pretty crazy ordeal and to see the wide array of knowledge between different departments.
Congrats to everyone who got it. Keep trying everyone.
