yeah the stores vary. i had an older lg flip phone, a nice one at that, and i full on dropped it in a red cup of beer while playing some beruit. i was hammered and pissed. went to the closest store i could find the next day and they told me it would be 200 for a new phone but they were out and sent me to another store 10 miles away. got there, told the guy exactly what happened, he laughed, said that sucks and gave me a new phone for free, the same exact one. this was after having the phone for a year too.

not sure if this would happen with the tp2, but you never know. i think i am gonna head to our local store today and get the tep. i am babying this thing, but still worried that something might happen
