Data on an encrypted storage card can NEVER (unless you have some expensive decryption breaking device that isn't available to the public) be recovered without the original device. Also, the data on an encrypted storage card can NEVER be recovered if your device is hard booted.

I'm sorry, but anything on that card is lost. Reformat it and remember to turn off encryption. Unless you have sensitive data (your houses keypad code and website logins are not sensitive), you don't really need it.
