Then copy everything that is on My Storage to your computer. After you do that, format the storage using windows. So like if your phone shows up as the E: drive when you plug it in, go to My Computer, right click on the E: drive, and choose format. After the format is done, put back everything onto My Storage that you had backed up to the computer. Unplug the phone and soft reset, and your icons will be back.
