Re: Sprints matches Big reds TP2 price!

i got the pro2 using my mother's $150 upgrade on the 16th (i am out of contract on my account but not $150 eligible), so 2 days ago i did the sprint chat thing after following this thread. i started off by asking the agent if its true they were ruducing the price the 1st she said yes and took my mother's info i also gave her my info since the pda is being used on my account.. she then wrote to call back on the 1st for the adjustment since it can't be applied before then, i asked if it would be easier to return the pda then re-purchase it to which she responded no. that she was noting my account(she said since its on that line) and to just chat back the 1st. So when i chatted back today the reponding agent of course said that there will be no price matching on this device. i responded that my account has been noted and that i still have a transcipt of the original chat. The agent responded that the 1st agent was no allowed to authorize a price match for a personal account, that she misunderstood for whom the price match was for and that this is a problem right now within sprint. i responded by asking when will the charge of the pda hit the account so that i can return it by then. She then asked me to stand by and typed about 2 minutes later that they would honor what the 1st agent stated but that my account is not technically elgible for this price match she would not say which accounts are elgible.
