If you have not had success try it my way. Negotiate for a $70 credit with ecare, and say I would still like to be able to upgrade to the Hero in the coming month.

Then when they say they can't do it. Say give me the TP2 for $199 and I'll renew even though I can't get the renewal credit.

But wait until I get my credit!
