They keep giving me the runaround since I paid full price. Account Services acknowlegded they are matching for new customers...I am eligible today, but the f'ed up and somehow, my 3rd line is listed as primary, so my Premier upgrade is on the wrong line....such BS...oh, and when I brought up the price discrepancy, their new excuse is "ours is a world phone, theirs is not" WHATEVER...


EDIT: That's BULL**** BTW, checked Verizon's IS world capable....just outright lies...

EDIT 2: Became eligible today, returning phone (UGH), and reordering if I can get $199.

EDIT 3: Update - Premier Care refused to make my line "primary" so I could use the upgrade, says the last line to get activated is automatically primary. This makes no sense, so I am using that line's upgrade, will forego the MIR and get it that way.
