I used Wisbar Advance 3 to skin the taskbars & a program called
HDWall to create the wallpaper for both the portrait & landscape views. I just used your tutorial to get it all set up. I too have those visible lines between the taskbar & the wallpaper but it still looks nice.
quadjacks, you might want to add that I was only able to do this in WM6.1 using Wisbar Advance 3. Unfortunately 6.1 does not itself allow for this type of skinning of the taskbars as
dwizzy130 kindly pointed out. Before his post I copied EVERY image from my windows folder looking for those two files you mentioned!
