MediaFlo/FLO TV does not stream via the cellular network. It is sent via UHF frequencies from broadcast towers. This is not the same as the old VCast. Unless the TP2's hardware has the specific capabilities, it is a no go.

I've had FLO TV (Forward Link Only) on my ATT device for some time. It works great. The picture quality is much more consistent than those that are streamed via cellular networks.

I see people posting their connection speed--but why? It's one thing to show EVDO/HSDPA speeds, but I see people posting wired connections and I am puzzled (especially when the speed is not all that impressive). So, in that spirit, I will post mine:
