It seems to me that Sprint still stiffs you if you bought the mogul when it came out as the Touch is a less expensive phone. |
Hmm, I don't know about that. I came from a Moto Q to a Mogul for nothing, just document all your errors and speak with customer retention. Eventually they give you a phone to hang up. Although paying full price for the Mogul to a Touch can seem a bit bad, yeah. Shoulda got a broken Moto Q. :P
