Yeah, that sounds about right.
So I called Sprint's CC line, the guy I spoke had me on the phone for half an hour. I argued my part and he did his. I tried the rumored 200 drop, he had no clue about that. I tried the Vz price match. Nothing.
Towards the end he just gave up and said let me send you to the "specialist case manager", after being on hold for 10 minutes he transfer my call to the regular customer service line. The operator I spoke to there had no idea about my case.
Also, I tried the on-line chat again just now, nada.
