I've disabled it by deleting the entire [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\BootLauncher\Servic es\OutlookEnhancement] key (and soft resetting), and since then, my SMS send button has been flawless.
You guys might want to try it if the send button still doesn't work for you =)
