Just an update.
My 3rd attempt was successful. I was credited 150.00 today. Also, they refunded shipping and the upgrade fee.
Loving Sprint right now.
My first 2 attempts, I called the Sacremento, CA call center. This last call went somewhere in Florida. Spoke to a extremely nice lady. Had it done in 10 minutes.
