If you have windows xp, and have Active Sync installed, go to File > Connection Settings and uncheck Allow USB Connections (its the second check box down). If you have Vista do the same in Windows Mobile Device Center (WMDC). Then put your phone into boot loader mode (Power button + record + reset) and it will flash. Make sure you set your kitchen to version 2.02 and select your correct carrier.
