I am also curious about this- in the past I have tried the registry edit alone but then every am the phone would get pushed the IT's lock policy and I would have to use a pin again- is there a quick read about what exactly Zenyee.com Stay Unlock.cab does (I will google but I'm lazy) edit- this good:

One last edit- after reading about "stayunlock" I installed it- you do not need to make the registry edits- after starting it I was able to go to the lock setting and unselect "prompt if device unused for"
Finally there is a workaround for this problem
