I always flash stock first. It happened when I disabled manilla. I did a hard reset now, and it seems to be working fine leaving manilla as-is. I did not install anything yet.
So far so good after the hard reset though. Maybe that's all it needed. I am nervous to try and disable manilla again though, since this is the first time I have had a rom work decently with 6.5.1
As a side question, which rom do you use to flash to stock first? I always just go to htc.com and grab the latest sprint rom package for the diamond.
