Dude, one of the obstacle we faced with the new Sprint ROM for TP was the fact that HTC_GUARDIAN was reverting the ICS HACK applied to tether to PAM (phone as a modem) all the time. So instead of fussing with that isht all the time, use the Killa cab....apply ICS , done , go tether...but dont overkill
