What, pray tell, are the 'signs' you speak of? I for one would definately wait if there was even a hint that it will be out Q4. As I do not consider myself the average 'look a pretty shiney thing' consumer, I can't see how a leak would hurt the sales of the Hero. Lets face it, a person that is an IPhone fan would be more inclined to purchase the Pre or Hero before the WM TF3D phones.

Sooo, why not a leak. Sprint Reps out there are aplenty, 'In The Know' Sprint Reps are scarce. Even with those few 'In The Know' folks out there, one of them would have leaked it by now.

Perhaps the operating system vendors are nicer (read, more profitable) for the Pre and Hero than Microsoft. There are fiscal reasons for the hush hush, if that is the case.

Although I am impressed by the silence from the Verizon side of the fence in sneaking the TD2 out.
