I already have Sprint bending over backwards for me... It's not my fault, they just messed up a few times. I have someone personally handling my case - they cancelled my contract because it was resigned without authorization, they're reinstating my upgrade credits even though they claim I used them less than a year ago, and now this. I really need to have them push it through though. I just don't want to push them so hard that they snap and drop me!
