At this point I don't know. I have replaced ALL the DPI with DPI from 23053, swapped Shell with 23053, changed 0409 common with 23053 and some other minor things, all with the same results. So far, I don't see anyone else with a solution either...I'm still going to try a few more things.

Ehh, looks like a problem with the SYS on this one. The buttons skinning is NOT working right. The only way to "fix it" is to remove any reference to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Today\PushBut ton] in tsk files and provxml files. Thus, I will be passing on this build do to the issues for now...
