I sent an email off through ecare and got a response within 20 minutes. Here's the reply:
"Thank you for contacting Sprint regarding the credit against the Touch
Pro 2.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to apply any addtional credit
against the ' Touch Pro 2 ' charges due to system limitation.
We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your
concerns. Please reply to this email or visit Sprint.com/mysprint if we
can be of further assistance."
Not sure what a system limitation is. I hate dealing with people over the phone. I'll try chat next. If that doesn't work I call retentions.
