well i used the relocker app in the post for my sprint phone a few min ago.
I had to use in the tri color screen(pwr button/vol up i think or down
) after pushing reset
It should says 0.25 not 0.25cmonex or 0.37cmonex then it is factory locked.
andyou should use sprint rom from their site for relock if going to return.
