I like the Resco Photo Viewer. It can upload to Flickr, Picasa, Facebook, and Twitter of course you can email or mms photos. You can also adjust photo contrast and color, you can draw and add test. It also lets you rotate photos. It will show GPS tagging on a map. It pretty much does it all.
