Can these SHDC drivers be used with WM5?
I just paged through the lengthy wm6 bug/patch threads to help me make up my mind about going to wm6. I have 3.5 tweaked nicely with PI, TomTom6, Opera, phoneAlarm, claunch, big button dialer and many other apps I use regularly. I use phoneAlarm heavily but it appears that app is causing WM6 issues such as phone rings delay etc.
My phone is very stable and usually responsive. I'm worried about battery life with WM6. Does WM6 increase responsiveness once again as much as the 3.X ROMs did over 2.X?
I use my 6700 as a music player - having 6-8MB on it would lessen my desire to purchase an ipod

Decided to move to WM6 right after this post - have been running all my software for 2 days - the WM6 works great - I have a lot of apps and they all appear to run fine. Didn't see any difference in battery use. Just ordered 6GB microSDHC
