iTunes will NEVER appear on a non-Apple manufactured mobile device.

Did I mention the word "NEVER"? Good.

Now, there are a few applications out there that will play AAC files or whatever file type it is that iTunes uses (I can't remember). Use your favorite search engine and do a search on "iTunes PocketPC" or something similar. You'll find them. You might even find something that someone has written that pretty much clones the iTunes interface. I doubt it, but you never know.

But the original Apple iTunes app? It will NEVER be here.

Why? It's a loser for Apple. If you can get iTunes on a generic SmartPhone or PDA, then there's no reason to buy an iPod anymore (and maybe even no reason to by an iPhone). Since Apple still wants to sell a few zillion more iPods, they're not likely to give up that revenue stream anytime soon.

So, in other words, iTunes will NEVER appear on a non-Apple manufactured mobile device.
