Maybe you have a malfunction with the digitalizer or the screen itself. So basically it may not be your rom or software related but a hardware problem. I would say if you flashed back to the stock rom and hard reset and you are still having these problems then you will probably have to exchange/replace your device.Do you have a screen protector on your screen? I personally had a problem when after increasing the screen sensativity the device was freaking out because the screen protector was activating the screen like I would be touching and holding a certain area but I wasn't touching it at all .
