I checked this thread for possible solutions but has anyone else had a problem with the proximity sensor not triggering the screen back on when moved away from your ear? I tried searching for proximity sensor and aout backlight but did not see a fix. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

edit- I did check the settings in advanceconfig and they are as follows:
light sensor polling: enabled
interval: 1000
threshold: 5
threshold to turn off screen: 5
