If you guys are willing to pay 35-40 bucks for a case then your only choice is that ebay seller that custom makes them. You get to pick the color of the leather (inside and out), the color of the stitching, style of the case, the type of clip.

They even take special requests so if you need anything they don't offer (for example I wanted belt loops in addition to the clip) they'll do it for free. This is the ONLY choice if you want to spend that much...

Other than that there are plenty of 8 dollar ebay specials that will do the job.
