I'm not a lawyer either, but I've had my fair share of run ins with the law, and I know quite a bit more than the average person.
They wouldn't put that into the fine print if it gave you a loop hole.
The point of the fine print is to say the company can do whatever they want whenever they want and you can't do anything about it. :P

haha. I've been around. Mainly just replying to Pms I have.
I'm working on a few programs and a couple businesses I'm starting.
Once they start up, I'll have plenty of more time to spend on the forums again.
