I still don't really notice much (if any) difference.

I work in a very noisy environment & I really need the earpiece (not the speakerphone) to be louder to overcome this.

I would like to be able to turn the earpiece up to the point of distortion at times. I had an audiopara in my old xv6800 that was so loud I think it could have caused permanent hearing damage, but it was just perfect at times..........
