I paid $319+ tax for the TP2 on Sprint (business plan), just called them up yesterday to see if they would match the Verizon price and they gave me a $120+tax credit to my account.
They were super nice, and very helpful.. definitely good customer service. Of course I'm still within my first 30 days so we'll see how it goes starting day 31
