I have the Alltel version and I could not get this to work at all, kept getting permission errors and other errors. I have a mac and was using missingsync and file explorer on the phone. I downloaded total commander and worked with no problem, phone is very load now, I used the coarse with the earpiece file, I am home watching football, dryer is running, and a 6 and 3 y/o playing and I put the volume to 1 and it seemed louder than the highest setting before!
