I had this problem too! You need to open the comm manager on your TP2, click on the bluetooth bar (not the button that sys on/off), this will take you into bluetooth settings, click on the settings tab (the one with the grey gears), click on the "plus" sign next to advanced, scroll down and click on "file transfer" and check "allow incoming file transfer connections and select save to storage card if you wish. Click on "done"....you can also select Object exchange if you wish to exchange bluetooth objects. On your computer you may need to refresh bluetooth services available from your TP2...give that a try
