it does for me. calls come in at almost every situation/ wether wifi is on / or BT is on / data / is typing / i really must say that it has been a good build/ and maybe there is not alot of qwest mogul owners , the ones that exist u dont here anything from them, so i think it would be a step for all those that have 2.16 installed
