Yes that is in the fine print. I'm not positive, but I actually believe that it's that you have the right to only arbitration. But anyway I still say
lawyer! You have a good case here. If you are paying for a service you are not receiving then that in fact gives you extra rights because there is no consideration from sprint. And Sprint has had crappy lawyers lately anyway. Easy case to win.
