In order to do that you must have an active sync connection. Usb from your phone to your computer make sure that the green icon says connected and also says connected from your phone. Run the Ruu included in the zip file I attached. Now wait for the status bar to reach 100 and when it says finished or complete. It will restart by itself and then you are ready to flash one of the best roms you will ever find. NOTE: you are free to flash to whatever rom you want now BUT you will be back!! 
Next go to the first forum page and download the rom rar file and once it is complete you need something like winrar or 7zip to extract the file into a folder. Open the folder which will include the RUU for this rom. Run it. It will look exactly like the one for unlocking. You will also follow the exact same steps with flashing as you did unlocking.
