I have been running this rom for about 5 days now and love it. only issue i have is (a verizon issue) that i have to disable my dialer skin to have enough ram. are there any tips to shave a couple mb so i can run the skin. any help would be appreciated

Try disabling voice command, start->settings->personal.

that works ... as does the cab to stop push internet.

i also found that removing some tabs on the start screen helps as well.
