What it needs to do is install remove pic first, then you might have better luck installing dcd carrier cab find in hklm your connection setting and put that regedit into the setup and skip dcd as in the doc I provided earler show how to setup connection setting by re-writing existing. Try doing that instead. Then having it install alltel cab, then create the reg values I posted in begining last, then require reseting after install. Change any project name to what you please, but I suggest trying to make all in one cab that is uninstallable. If you plan to make your own cab plus one for rest, in your cab, you can place password in, and set your phone number. That was my original plan.
